IT'S CONVENTION TIME AGAIN!!!!

Convention is just around the corner, June 24th, 25th, and 26th , that’s a Thursday, Friday and Saturday night at Trump Plaza, Atlantic City. The dinner/dance will be Saturday night. We’re making some changes this year and hope to make this one of the best Conventions to date. So, help us to achieve this by reserving your rooms now!
We can’t stress how important it is that you attend the Convention. This is where any changes to our by-laws are made and the yearly budget is discussed and voted on. Our yearly election of officers is held. Many important issues are discussed and decided at convention. It’s also a great time to socialize with your fellow plumbers and their families. We will be having very nice dinner buffets on Thursday and Friday night and a fantastic dinner/dance, complete with cocktail hour and a great band on Saturday. We will also be installing our new officers at the banquet.

Beginning in April 2010, all staff and contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child occupied facilities and schools built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination under EPA CFR745. Unless it is minor repair and maintenance activities that disturb 6 square feet or less of paint per room inside, or 20 square feet or less on the exterior of a home or building.
